Constructed from high-purity wear-resistant ceramic, this cylinder (FR-07C) provides a glass-smooth surface for the syrup piston, ensuring a perfectly consistent brix ratio and drip-free operation. Unlike plastic alternatives, ceramic components offer superior resistance to the acidic nature of soda concentrates and provide an exceptionally long service life in high-volume environments. Essential for any technician performing a full premium gun rebuild.

Technician's Repair Tip: If your soda gun is experiencing inconsistent brixing or the handle is sticking, the syrup cylinder may be fouled with dried syrup or mineral scale. Ceramic components are fragile; handle with care during installation. Ensure the manifold cavity is perfectly clean before seating the cylinder. Lubricate the associated O-rings with food-grade silicone grease (Haynes Lubri-Film) to ensures a 100% airtight seat.
