Wild Bloom is an experimental micro lot of specialty Arabica coffee from the historic Udayagiri Estate in the Western Ghats of Chikkamagaluru. Established in 1925, the estate is renowned for cultivating exceptional Arabica under a dense canopy of native shade trees, allowing the cherries to mature slowly and develop outstanding complexity.

This lot undergoes a carefully controlled yeast fermentation, where selected yeast cultures guide the fermentation process to enhance the coffee's natural fruit character and sweetness. The result is a remarkably clean and expressive cup with vibrant aromatics, layered fruit complexity and a beautifully silky mouthfeel.

Expect lively notes of pineapple, strawberry, ripe peach and honey, supported by bright acidity and a smooth, lingering finish. We recommend brewing it as a V60, Pour Over or AeroPress to fully showcase its vibrant fruit profile and delicate sweetness.
