Cleaning Procedure

1. Remove Lid

2. Lift up on the sludge drain handle to open the drain

3. Pull up slowly on the filter foam cleaning handles, hold for five seconds and release. Repeat 3-4 times to remove most of the debris from the filter foams. To maintain beneficial bacteria levels do not completely clean foams.

4. Once all of the filter foams have been cleaned close the sludge drain valve and reattach the lid.
