"The 2024 Chablis Village was assembled from three vats. It has an old-school nose with Granny Smith, Conference pear and light wet pavement aromas. From a collection of hillside vineyards set on limestone-clay soils with vines averaging 20 years in age all from the commune of Chichee.
Normally this comes from 12 parcels and is invariably chock full of flinty seashell essence, making it a quintessential Chablis.
Tasting Notes
With yields kept very low, this village level Chablis has the breeding of a premier cru. It is always flinty and minerally, with notes of green apple and grapefruit. This is classic Chablis at its best.
